SIP user - Using Xlite Softphones

Hi,My clients are using OXO - Rls 5.1.They have bought license for SIP users.They are trying to use the Xlite softphones .I have done the configurations of the SIP phones as per the Alcatel Manual But it doesnt seem to work.Can somebody help me in configuring the SoftPhones.
