Lost software key

Hi all,
I have my OXO Lab system with a missing software key. Guys were working on it and someone paste a wrong license key. It now one month. The system is completey blocked. I dont have a backup. With the reference of my CPU ID, is there away to get my key once more.
Please help. My system has now been rendered useless.

Ask your key to your seller, they have access to the BPWebSite where they can obtain your real key.
You'll have to reinstall your OXO.

So, what can I do if there is no seller available now? It was closed up!!!
I see only "bad software key" message on system phone now!

No way to get your key except through your reseller. The people who ordered the system for you have access to the keys.

So what can I do? Is there some information about official resseler for this OXO? And how to contact with them?

Simple: Order at a Alcatel dealer 1 extra dect extension.
You will receive a new working key for this serial number.

It is quite simple. Contact a new Alcatel Reseller (make sure he is a Certified Business Partner). Then you and your reseller must declare on ABPS that you've lost your reseller and you want to work with the new one. Alcatel will move you to the new reseller who will have access to your CPU ID's and licences.
