diversion

hi,

just wanna ask:

my extension is diverted externally, can this be manage by time ranges automatically?

example

extn 103 diverted to mobile, i want diversion is active during office hours only(without human intervention)...

system: oxo 4.x

You have two Public Numbering Plan: for working hours and restricted. In restricted Public Numbering Plan you can declare for subscriber 103 Private=Yes. As you know, private subscriber couldn't use external diversion.
"A private handset:

cannot be connected to the network (cannot receive from or call the network),
can only pick up internal calls,
cannot activate a diversion to external,
cannot be diverted to external. "
But in OXO more useful function exist (I think) - Personal assistant, you can declare time period, in which option for forward to mobile will not offered to caller. But this function requires some actions from caller side. You can activate this function in customizing menu of mailbox. Licenses not required.
