Hello !

I had a problem on a system using H323 technology to connect to public network.

The customer using his 4645 to call-back when having a message on his phone.
The problem is that the 4645 can't make the call in H323 because there is not "use of private number identity" option in 4645. This option is use on "users" to be identify on H323 proxy.

I made some trace and didn't find what the 4645 use to go out.

Have fun with this !

Regards.

Hi Mothinx,

I would say you need to run traces on your H323 proxy, and see how the 4645 shows up.
I would say it use the number that you have programmed in the ENTITY..

Infortunatly, i don't have any access to H323 proxys (I work in a big company).

I will try to virtualize a proxy and call you back !

Thx.
