MWI (Message-Waiting Indication) NOTIFY

Hi,

Does OXE R9.0 support sending MWI notifications to registered SIP Extensions?

If it does support, does a registered SIP Extension have to explicitly SUBSCRIBE to message-waiting event package in order to receive MWI notifications or does OXE create implicit subscriptions (like Cisco Call Manager does) once the party registers?

Thanks,
Kishan

I was able to subscribe for Event: Message-waiting. But in the NOTIFY, i get "Subscription-State: terminated;reason=noresource". As a result, I don't get the correct message-waiting status or future updates. Any idea why I may be seeing behavior?

Thanks.

Yes - should be supported in R9.0. Which patch do you use?

OXE version is Release 9.0 and SIP Motor version is h1.301.34

Do you happen to know why I would receive "Subscription-State: terminated;reason=noresource" in the NOTIFY from OXE?

My first idea was: "Could match crms00176344 - fixed in OXE R9.0 h1.301.34." but you wrote you are using Patch 34.
Do you used just the SIPmotor from Patch 34 or the whole OXE Patch?
