The 4645VMS automatic envelop playback after listened left message is not work on R6.1.1

Did you check the class of service ?

Thank Frank. I already checked. I found that R6.1.1 does not has this parameter. It only supports on R6.2

We have a 4645 Voice Mail system and it does not seem to have a timestamp/envelope feature. How do you enable this?

I m not in front of my lab now, but while the message is being played press 5 , and i think it should play the envelop.
