problem with license file - teamwork

Hello,

I have problem with upload license file. when I`m trying upload file there is an error:" unable to verify software license. Please retry". What colud be a problem? License file? Teamwork sw version? File name? All together?

I get license file from local provide.

I'll be grateful for help.

Hi.
"Unable to verify software license" you get if there is an format error ore manage wrong in ACTIS.
Is it an .lic file?
Do the MAC address in the license correspond with the server?

It's .lic file. I can't veryfy mac because I'm not able to read this file (notepad, wordpad).

Very probably the RH version, be sure to deliver the system ID to your ALU sales guy to generate a correct one. Many times they make that mistake.

I'll send .lic file and system ID to local provider to verify.

You can open an eSR to Alcatel-Lucent suport to request for the license.
It would be good for them, if you could send the serial number in the MyTeamwork application located in /Configuration/Licensing (after your default installation), plus your license (.lic) & your PO number.
