waiting conference

I have a question about how you may leave a conference on hold. I conducted a simple conference between 3 people and when I leave the conference in hopes to make a new call I can not do it.
In making the telephone conference will not let me receive or make new calls, but the phone already tested and may receive 3 to 4 calls at once, the problem only occurs when the phone has established a conference.

Which release do you use?
And do you use a standard three-party confernce from a set, or do you use a real conference code and a GD/GA/GPA to host the conference?

if you in a conference and wants to initiate a new call, you may try the add-on feature (under casual conf).

if you are using a 4035 set just press addon and make a call, just dont press insert if you dont like to add this new call on the ongoing 3way conf.
