VLAN 802.1Q-entry for ports corrupt?

Well, I don't know how this happend. Today a stack of two OS6400-Switches has rebooted (why?) and from this time one of the VLANs (only used with 802.q tagging) is not shown at any port with show vlan X port.
It's operational state shows "disabled' because no ports have this taggedVLAN (even they should have).
But if I try to allocate this vlan with those ports I had configured the tags before an error occurs: VLAN X is an existing tagged VLAN
Ah and no I didn't forget writing memory and certifiing...
So. What's going wrong? I'm worry about this, because this could happen in devices/vlans that are more important and I have no idea haow to fix this!
