I have two qustions ?

The telephone Network is three Nodes.
With Hybrid over IP and the VOIP.

The Enterprise Release 7.0.22
The first Node is Appliance with 80 MGW.
The second Node is Appliance with 80 MGW.
The third Node is Common Hardware only for OTUC und MYTeamwork.
It's a homogenous Numberingplan.
Broadcast is on.
Prof.Service make a audit.


1. I aktivated over the Dashboard the nomal rule.
As first is not the Extension but a other GSM Handy Number
with 01761234567.
The problem is , does over the RSI is not dial ?
When i entering a other number it's work.
I thing there must be a list which telephone numbers are entered ?

2. I can not find the connection. If a user MyAssistant activates the normal
rule with external target. The call does not go about the trunk of the
user from that.

What is the Public Network Category of your RSI?
While dialing do a ccdn -d RSI_NUMBER in your OXE, do you see any caller?
Is your user forwarded to the RSI?
What does the CSTA traces say?
Can you dial to your RSI?
If you go to http://OTS_server_name:3695 do you see your RSI?

Sorry for now first report.
Am not the come last time to the customer.
I write a SR by Alcatel.

After insert the 0176.... in the folder and klik of OK button. Then comes please check the dialing Rule. When i change the number of 0175... and klik of buttom OK. The OTUC sytem come with the normal side and i can activate the rule.
