How can I get the log details of voice mail boxes made by any user in the 4635J voice mail system?

In the 4635 menu there is a reporting option. What do you mean by log details? The reporting is somewhat limited on details. You can usually retrieve how many mailboxes, who they belong to, who is taking up the most storage.

I want to know when and from where has somebody accessed his/her voice mail box?

Menu 14 is for system reports. I don't believe the information is available in the reporting. You may be able to find out when but not from where they have accessed their mailbox.
