There was a supervision button on user 180, monitoring 181. This button is permanently lighten up.
We tried to delete and recreate the button, but the error came out.
This error pops up whenever we tried following things:
a) delete user 180 (unsuccessful)
b) delete user 181 (unsuccessful)
c) change supervised set on 180 (unsuccessful)
d) delete supervision button on 180 (unsuccessful).


Any feedback is appreciated. I can't raise this in eSR because of software cycle policy.

I tried to create another user 221. When I create supervision button 221 monitoring 181, the same incident occur.

between the strange characters i can distinguish "Got no answer".
I remember getting this error when tried to delete a user on a specific 7.x version, naybe you are facing a similar problem, i'll recomend to do an upgrade on your release to the last one with patches.

If you have problem with supervision try "multitool REPAIR" command. Choose repairing supervision (before you must stop mao - "mao off").

cavagnaro, the system release is at following release:
R3.2-c1.714-3-af-sg-c5s2
As this is a hotel, we wouldn't want to upgrade the site to the latest patch first since they are not planning for an upgrade. However, we will try it in our lab first to check whether latest patch can solve the issue.

Your "multitool REPAIR" works marveously. Now the supervision button is working fine after the repair. However, I do not know whether there is other supervision button deleted in the process or not.
