Hi everybody,

i`ve got a two problems perhabs a small or great problem. The SIP - Trunk between the OXE R 8.0.1 and a Cisco CCM is still working. Calls between OXE and CCM in both directions are working fine.
But the first of all, the OXE is connectet to the Public Network. The Cisco Devices call over SIP - Trunk to OXE the PN. I can call also from PN to the Cisco Phones, but if the Cisco Phone show a "Missed Call" and you want call back the Number is dialed wrong. The 0 for external call is still missing. On the IPtouch Phones it still works. Something is still wrong with the ext. Callback Translator, so i think.

The second is, i see on the Console on incoming call from SIP Trunk (Cisco) in the Field "From" the Name of the caller, but it doesen`t show it on my Alcatel Phone, some Ideas?

Please help ;)

The problem with call back a missed call by Cisco Phone dialing wrong means that CCM is not adding the digit 0 by "CCM external callback translator".

I have a SIP trunk between OXE and Cisco too and we receive only the number on Alcatel Phones display and I have seen on sipmotor the name of the caller from CCM. But I have never tried to change some settings to show those names. It's a good question: Is it possible without use abbreviated numbers?
