Problem with PSTN Calls with SIP softphone

Hi,

I use R9.0-h1.301-31-d and I have a problem with PSTN Calls with SIP softphone.
I use xlite or sjphone in SIP device mode or SIP Extension. A call between 2 SIP or 1 SIP and 1 IPTouch works fine, but when I try a outgoing PSTN call I have a "Error Bad Gateway". When I try a incomming PSTN call I've one way voice (SIP to PSTN).

All my Ip Domain are configure without compression intra / extra domain.

Do you have an idea ?
Thanks for your help.

Regards

Any info? About external line, some trace - t3, motortrace?
What about Externel services/ Trunk COS/ 31 COS - T310. If 40 - increase f.e. to 80.

For release before 9 (as I remember) was some problem when used discriminator different from 0 and 1 (not default config). Discriminator selector must be checked for SIP TG Entity, not user entity.

Another problem - codecs compatibilities. F.e. if you use old xlite (without G729) but in system/ compression parameters declared G729.
If in IP/ IP domain - not declared IP range for SIP sets - will be used codec from item "Extra Domain Coding Algorithm"

Hi,

it's now working fine with sjphone. i've always problems with xlite...
the "bad gateway" message came from my wrong discrimator... sorry !
For the moment I use only G711, with sjphone, it's perfect !

Thanks vad.
