I'm working on a project to migrate a customer from 4400 v4.2 to OXO v7.0. The customer has a 4035 attendant and 4635J voicemail and AA (withough Complete Value Pack). Can anyone summarise the features they may expect to lose and any theyb may expect to gain when they move to OXO attendant and embedded voicemail?

I think you will have no big problem with migration from R4.2 to R7 - but if we say about OXE (not OXO)
