Trunk Link Problems

I noticed that my ABC trunk links keeps shutting down to traffic due to poor transmission link quality caused by bad weather.
Does anyone know what parameter I can configure on the link to get better performance?

No.
If I remember correctly, there is a safety that will not allow you to make any phone call if the link quality is bad (you will see network out of service or something like that). You have to fix the physical layer.

No, I believe you can't.. If the quality is that bad, then even if you could make a phone call, you would not be able to hear each other on the set.. So what's the point of letting go a call like that ?
