Taking into account that you already broke one of the switches I recommend to read the documentation prior to any upgrade attempts.
Could you please try to upload the images via FTP without using the WebView? I believe that there is insufficient flash space on our device.
Please post the output of "ls -r"

sorry it's for 6400 series
hallo nguyen,
may be you could use filezilla or winscp to transfer the files (Gbase.img, Gdiag.img,
Geni.img, Gos.img, Gsecu.img) to /flash/working
then after u login to the prompt, type this:
-> reload working no rollback-timeout
after the switch finish rebooting log in to switch,
copy the images file from working directory to the certified directory
-> copy working certified (if you have single cmm)
-> copy working certified flash-synchro (if you have redundant cmm)
to verify that AOS has been upgraded type this
-> show microcode
if it show the AOS with the new version, then it good...
and then upgrade the U-Boot and Minibootfiles
do the ftp using filezilla or winscp the gminiboot.uboot and ku-boot.bin files to the /flash directory.
type this command:
-> update uboot-miniboot
when the "update completed" message appears, delete the miniboot and u-boot from the flash directory then type this:
-> reload working no rollback-timeout
To verify that the U-Boot and Miniboot files were successfully upgraded on the CMM, use the show hardware info :
->show ni
below is how to upgrade AOS 6850 to 6.4 image file series
1 Download the 6.4.2.R01 upgrade files from the Alcatel-Lucent Service and Support web site to your
PC.
2 FTP the following 6.4.2.R01 image files to the /flash/working directory of the primary switch:
K2os.img, Kadvrout.img, Kbase.img, Keni.img, Ksecu.img.
3 Log into the switch. In dual redundant configurations you must log into the primary switch.
4 Reload the switch from the working directory.
-> reload working no rollback-timeout
5 After the switch finishes rebooting, log into the switch.
6 Copy the image files from the Working Directory to the Certified Directory.
- If you have a single CMM switch enter:
-> copy working certified
- If you have redundant CMMs enter:
-> copy working certified flash-synchro
upgrade the u-boot and miniboot files
1 Download the applicable upgrade files from the Alcatel-Lucent Service and Support web site to your
PC.
2 FTP the ku-boot.bin and kminiboot.uboot files to the /flash directory on the primary switch.
3 Execute the following CLI command to update the Miniboot and U-Boot files on the switch(es) (can
be a standalone or stack).
-> update uboot-miniboot
4 When the “UPDATE COMPLETED" message appears, delete the miniboot and u-boot files from the /
flash directory, the reload the switch:
-> reload working no rollback-timeout

Hello,
Last night we tried upgrading the firmware for our 6850 before doing this i turned off the redundant 6850 (stacked). After rebooting the primary worked fine but the secondary kept on re-booting. I followed:
-> reload working no rollback-timeout
after the switch finish rebooting log in to switch,
copy the images file from working directory to the certified directory
-> copy working certified (if you have single cmm)
to verify that AOS has been upgraded type this
-> show microcode
if it show the AOS with the new version.
Any ideas???????
