Is is possible to upgrate the OTUC software on BiCS 2.1 to OTUC 6.1? Would my OTUC 6.0 licenses still work?

OTUC 6.1 requires new licenses, ask for them to ALU. Now, there is no direct upgrade, you have to install from scratch, do you have OTUC training? If so go ahead, if not wait for it as R6.1 has changed a lot in framework.

First off, there is no OTUC 6.1.
OTUC stops at release 5 and ICS starts at release 6
Secondly your release 6.0 licence works with 6.1. I have upgraded a few sites and no problems.
Generally if you have a release 6.x licence wich applies for all versions of 6 exectra.
And thirdly yes you can upgrade.
Go to your bics linux mount the dvd.
Then assign the dvd rom for the vm of ics to read the dvd rom of the host server(bics)
then go to your ics console .
startx
do your checksystemlinux.sh command and let it fix any issues.
then run your setup.bin
you will see now you have a update radio button clicked by default.
thats it run the update and reboot.
Be sure to backup yout ics before update.
