Hi

I have 01 expansion keys(40 keys) to attach to my operator with 4039 phone set. Now it's not enough to monitor all extensions so i got one more but my switchboard doesn't recognize

Please give me your advise!

Thanks

hi all,

i just want to add to this topic,
cause i found the same problem,
i'm using OXE release 7.1
I already add to the users setting,
"add on module 1 : 40keys"
but when i try to add another 40 keys to add on module 2 and 3,
it display error
"OBJECT -1: ATTRIBUTE 0: Bad AOM configuration"

i can only add max more on
"add on module 1 : 10keys"
otherwise that error message keep appear.
Please advice :)

Cheers,
Johnson

Last post about OXE, in OXE possible:
- 10;
- 40;
- 40+10;
- 14;
- 14+14;
- 14+14+14.

In OXO possible 3 modules but 10 keys only last one.
Subscriber/details/keys/select Add-on modules - you can decleare modules what you want.

so in conclusion,
max add on modules only between 50-60 keys?

cause in OXO we can use 120 keys (3units 40keys)

The OXE is a different beast, you can have a maximum of 60 keys. You cannot connect a 40 with another 40. You can have either 40+10 or 40+20 as VAD said previously.
