Hello I have a Probelm the CCD with a Oxe in Rel 8.01:

CCS configuration:

Pilot with normal Waiting Queue and Agent / PG.
Agent has multiline and ADC Key Line Key.

Example:

It is only a registered agent in the PG and speaks externally, a second call comes in about the pilot and knocks on the agent.
Actually, the agent is to be filled, but when he speaks. It is not to knock. How to deal with that.

The Problem is the multiline and ADC Key Line Key if the Agent make a Outbount Call or receves a private Call only the Multiline is busy but the ACD Line is free so a ACD Call Knocks.
