OFS 6.0.1.25 fax server doesn't notify fax

We have an OFS 8450 6.0.1.25 installed, sometimes the customer say that the fax server doesn't work anymore and after a restart of the service all return to the normal situation, in the same time the system generate a big core file (350mb).
Someone have found this issue?
