MLAA problem

Hi,

I am installing an OXO R.7.1 with MLAA, but the MLAA doesnt answer, i call to the trunk line (this is an analog line) this trunk has the number of the hunting group of the MLAA or DDI number in the call distribution. I tried many things but it still in the same doesnt answer. please if you have any idea of what is happening let me now.

You can not place the Hunting Group number ot the line distribution paramater because it will think that it is a user calling to hear his messages.

If you want to activate the AA, you must place the call distribution parameter in blank.
Them, place all the Voice mail Ports number, under yoor working operator group(s).
