OXE 9 still in Phase II? Our IVR have Dialogic Boards with 2 E1 Channels and Developer use Phase III to Silent Tranfer between IVR and Phone Agent.

OXE R9.1 sitll CSTA Phase 2.
Your IVR could use anything.
Especially, if you don't mention what is vendor of your IVR.
Dialogic is only hardware manufacturer. What Protocol you use on those E1's?

The IVR Software Developer use CSTA Phase III. Its a Brazilian vendor and your solution requires Dialogic Aculab.
The protocol is R2.
