ACD and Multiset

Can an ACD agent have a secondary set.....
No, you can create a twinset but it will give problems.
Tried it with DECT and changed the DECT to an agent because there where to many problems. Dyn rout internal should also be turned off and dont use the call forwardign or call pickup.
All those thing will stress the ACD
