Hi,
I just arrived is this center and they way they are resetting voice mail passwords is by hyperterminal and connecting to the PCX by modem and changing password from the hyperterminal interface.
I was wondering if there was another way around this or if this is the only way?
Another way would be to set the voice mail box temporarily accessible without password, then we could change the password from the voicemail but I don't nkow if it's possible with this system.
The mailbox type is 4635
