One way audio on IPtouch

Hi All,

Have a weird issue with IPtouch.

IPtouch is on different subnet than OXE but i can ping it form GD and GA:

After configured the iptouch i can make a few calls and audio is working fine on both ways but after that is no audio on the iptouch.

I can dial and connect to party but i cant hear them.

Need your help Guys and Gal,

The next thing i found out is that the IP phones on different subnets can communicates each other but only "digital to IPtouch" and "analog to iptouch" phone calls has one way audio

I was trying to change the gateway in "network" to 192.168.44.4 but after restart is still the same. Why is not changing after restart ?

Even i add route manualy after restart is coming back to this. Also tryed add GATEWAY and NETMASK to ifcfg-eth0 but after reboot is set to 0.0.0.0 and netmask to 255.255.255.0 (should be 255.255.252.0)

About the bandwidth should i set this up just by "mgconfig" only in OXE or also in switch. Because now is set for auto negotiating

Pinging well all devices in different subnetworks doesn't mean for example that RTP flows are correct between the 2 networks.

Could be a bad DSP/Compressor on the daughter board. The no audio calls might me hittting one of the bad compressors. Check which one with a compvisu on the coupler.
