Hi

When i try to create an extension with 4019/4029 set type in oxe rel7.1 in UA 32 board , if the address is 255,255,255 then it's ok but whenever i put equipment address then i get an error like below:

"Incompatible hardware for alcatel 8&9 series TDM set".

Any solution/help please.

Thank you.

Show config all. May be some problem - f.e. with 40x9 in remote shelf behind RT2 (INT1, INT2) or with INTOF if IO2 board absent.

It's in a remote shelf behind RT2. What we should do now please.

Use old sets (f.e. use new sets in shelf 0 and old type sets - 4010/ 4020/4035 - use in remote shelf), change RT2 to INTOF or INTIP.

If we change TR2 to PRA2, will it work?may be no option like that.PRA for inter node type link only. No way by changing any configuration in the system or inserting any board in main node or in remote shelf?

No. You need inter-ACT connection - RT2, INTOF, INTIP. Was system where people use INTIP for signaling (without VoIP and PRA2 for calls). But in this case you cannot dial internal number - you need to dial prefix+number.
If you cannot use INTOF - f.e. if used SDH/MUX 2 mbits equipment - you need 3d generation sets - 4004/4010/4020/4035.

Thank you.

9 series phones are incompatible with RT2 link. No way.
