Adding conference phone

Hi,

one of my users wants to add a conference phone. Looking aroung the Polycom SoundStation IP 6000 looks ok. Does anyone have experience with those? Do you have any hints? Are there any known limitations on an OXE 9.0? Do you recommend something else?

Btw. will be a fax sip license ok or will I need a real sip extension?

You may look at interworking report on BPWS "Polycom-SoundStationIP6000-7000_OmniPCXEnterpriseR9.0_IWR_Ed01".

BPWS, I tried to register months ago. My access was denied, because I am no partner. Does anyone have that file and could upload/share it?

So, here it is: a new Polycom IP 6000.

Well, I cannot make outgoing external calls. Outgoing internal calls work and I can dial in. The phone is registered.

I have to add that I have to predial a "0" for dialing an external number. But adding a 0 before the normal number doesn´t work.

Hello Kinne,

Did you manage to get it working ? I have OXO + ip 6000 with same issue. I can make internal calls but not external.

Did you set the correct Public Network COS? We have 4 IP6000 in use and never had an issue like that. (OXE 8.0)
