Feature request

Does anyone think it would be a good idea to have a 'feature request' section?
People could make suggestion, and it maybe that someone actually knows how to set it up with a work around.
I only work on the OXE, but I get the feeling that some of the people on here work on other systems too. Often we find that 1 system can do something and we try and make the OXE do the same.
Its only a suggestion - please don't shoot me if it sounds silly
