Hello all,

I have an all IP Phone project on Appliance server (R9.0 ). I am going to install about 3,000 IP phones for a start. These 4008,4018,4028,4038 and 4068 would be installed in various offices, is possible to use 'force type identification' as it is applicable in old Alcatel series of phones.

Thanks

It works and i am so happy. I have started the deployment of the phones and force type identification works pretty well.
Thanks.

I activated the service on System/other system param/system parameters/ Force type identification.

All your set type must be configured as 4020.
