Dial by name display problem on 4039

Hello all,
I need help to resolve this problem. I am using R6.2 4400 and each time we are searching for names on 4039, 4038, 4028, 4029 and 4068 phones and the number of names found is more than the size of display, it always display the number of answers which will block (obstruct) the actual search. How do i clear this display?. I am attaching a typical example with '48 answers' on the display
