Hi to everyone,
when I logged in PBX system, The Main cpu had undefine role while the slave CPU had already taken the role of main. The message from the command "role" is "Erreur mapping sur REMAGEN -7".

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
Thank you in Advance for your time

Check - autostart set or not. Maybe after some problem CPU restarted - if autostart not set - telephone application not started and CPU cannot be main or stand-by.

thanks for your reply,

Please let me know how I could check the "autostart"?
Furthermore, I will start the telephone service

You can set the autostart and start the telephone on swinst menu. You can also run RUNTEL command after setting your autostart on swinst menu.

give "shutdown -r now" command on the slave cpu ... then the slave cpu will go for shutdown and the main cpu will assume the role of main....
also check if you have done proper role addressing in netadmin .. menu 5...

You can go into Swinst meny / Easy menu and select "Start the telephone".
Then the autostart will be set, and the system will start-up.

Remember that the best option to start the standby-CPU is to do a mastercopy, and select to start the telephone after it's done. Then you will have a completely synced system
