Dear all,
I have 4760 connected to an OXO and all have been working for years. Now when making a complete synchronization i get the following incident. This also happens even when i install 4760 in another PC.

New status: complete load
New status: polling record files
Error: connection refused
Some pcx systems have not been fully loaded

Any idea?

Check the logs under theh 4760 directory, this should give us more info on the error that's occuring.

if oxo version has changed you may encounter a problem due to firewall rules

as from OX R5 we establish ftp connection differently all conection command and data are done toward oxo
whereas if release unknown or old oxo release the ftp command is establish toward oxo and all file transfer is a connection oxo toward 4760

if a firewall prevent any connection on oxo data ftp port , your synchro will fails
have a look at 4760\logs : com server log and synchro logs

I imagine you tried a warm reset of this OXO.

Also re-insert pwd (tuxalize) in both side (A4760 +OXO)

test to do: remove the OXO release under A4760/PCX... and relaunch synchro. If that works can be issue with ftp passive mode/active mode

if everything seems normal,a Cold reset of the OXO !!!
