Dear all,

I've installed OXE R8.0.1(g150335) duplicated appliance servers with two media gateways & two SVP20 servers for MIPT's.(system is fully IP)

my problem is standard voice guides are not playing on IP 40XX phones but MIPT's can play the Voice guides.

Have you seen if the voice guide listening calls (parameter of user) is the same in both types of phones?

Have you seen if the voice guide listening class (user parameter) is the same for both types of phones?
