but when i restore mao-acc to crystal system. every thing still identified with WMware. it not match with actual hardware (hardware address,....)

| Cr | cpl| cpl type | hw type | cpl state | coupler ID |
|----|----|------------|-----------|--------------|-----------------|
| 0 | 6 | CPU6|---------- | REG NOT INIT | NO PCMS CODE |
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+
> Reference rack number: 2
Crystal 1 :
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+
| Cr | cpl| cpl type | hw type | cpl state | coupler ID |
|----|----|------------|-----------|--------------|-----------------|
| 1 | 0 | UA_FICTIF| | IN SERVICE | NO PCMS CODE |

Crystal 2 :
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+
| Cr | cpl| cpl type | hw type | cpl state | coupler ID |
|----|----|------------|-----------|--------------|-----------------|
| 2 | 2 | NPRAE|---------- | REG NOT INIT | NO PCMS CODE |
| 2 | 3 | NDDI2|---------- | REG NOT INIT | NO PCMS CODE |
| 2 | 5 | eUA32|---------- | REG NOT INIT | NO PCMS CODE |
| 2 | 7 | eUA32|---------- | REG NOT INIT | NO PCMS CODE |
| 2 | 8 | INTIPA| INT-IP | REG NOT INIT | NO PCMS CODE |
| 2 | 9 | GPA2|---------- | REG NOT INIT | NO PCMS CODE |

You can't really do that.
If you followed the board instruction, your VMWARE is probably setup as a blade server.
In the new releases, Shelf 0 is the CPUs, 1 is virtual, and you start at 2.. up to 18 or 19 depending if you have VM etc etc..

never done an install that way as normally I would use a lab system with at least the correct cpu config. I suggest that you delete all cards and shelves form your database ( will will need to make sure users are not assigned ports, trunks are not assigned to trunk groups and nothing assigned to the GPA) then load the database onto the real system, Stop the runtel and load the ops files again.
give it a go and you may be okay.
