AUDIO CODE MP104

Small problem.
I have a oxo system on site A,50 ua users and two remote sites B and C both with 6 ip handsets.
The IP handsets can communicate no problem from site to site, and can dial out over the PSTN via site A.
On sites B and C, i have a MP104 Audiocode devices installed.
Both units have fax machines and analogue handsets connected.
I have configured the MP104 and all the devices can ring each other (IP to UA, IP to IP,IP to MP104 and vica versa) , throughout the network.
My problem is that the analogue devices on the MP104 cannot dial out over the PSTN on site A. When i dial 9 to dial out and enter the number, i get a high pitched tone and no routing happends.
I have checked the MP104 setup and the prefix routing table has no prefix's entered and no destination therefore all digits should route to the preprogrammed routing address (voip board of OXO).

The private numbering plan is set start 9 end 9 with a base of ARS, as the customer has LCR.
I cant understand why i can ring/route calls internally over the network but cant break out over the PSTN ?

Any help available ?

Cheers

In Traffic Sharing and Barring/Joining tick all the boxes (I think the IP trunk is considered an ISDN trunk there (give the right to your IP trunk to "join with" the public trunk).
Can you give me details about haw did you configured the link between the VoIP8/OXO and MP104 - config on both sides. I am interested in implementing such a configuration on one of my future projects.
Regards.

Joining table was allready ticked but still no joy. Will attend site tomorrow again and probably default MP104 units and start from scratch.

Give me a mail and ill give you the OXO setup and notes i have made regarding the MP104 config.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Thanks in advance.

Also try giving users rights like: join incoming and outgoing, incom and incom, outgoing and outgoing , transfer to external (one of them may be relevant).

Problem sorted !! :D

Defaulted MP104's to factory settings and reconfigured from scratch.
Adjusted call barring tables and barring matrix for the voip "trunks".
Checked private numbering plan.

I can have an easy day now......
