Auto Restart of system

Hi, Is there a way to shutdownb the system but automatically restart it say 2 or 3 hours later without the need for user intervention ?

I can't remember exactly but you can try the following one

shutdown -r xx were xx is the number of seconds to wait before execute the shutdown command or
echo "shutdown -r now" | at 14:00 were 14:00 is the exact time for the reboot.

I will advise you to test this first in a lab environment to see how it behave before to do it at customer site.
