voice guide 518

hi
I configured VG 518 and it works fine,and it plays Q information repeatly and fast and I can not configure it , to play voice guide one time.
1.how can manage voice guide repeat time?it play 1 time and wait a caller leaves Q.
for example:

you are 2 person in Q(just 1 time). and after that play a music and after that when a caller leaves Q the music cuts and says you are first person in Q.or say it just 1 time and wait.....
how can do it?

VG DYNAMIC FEATURE
Within the frame of CCD call distribution, calls are queued before they are distributed to agents. A guide is broadcast to each caller placed in the queue. This guide can be:

any guide,
the position in the queue,
the estimated waiting time,
the estimated waiting time and the position in the queue.
This object allows the operating mode of the voice guide that gives the position in the queue to be defined.


NOTE :
The management of the estimated waiting time broadcast is not performed here. See the object WAITING TIME DEPENDANT TABLE in CCD.

Voice Guide No.
Reminder of the number selected (see object VOICE GUIDE): the voice Guide number is 518 (VG_ACD2_QUEING_POSITION). The attributes of this voice guide are imperatively: function = Dynamic chained voice guide" and CCD Dynamic chained VG data = queue position.
This guide number 518 must be filled in either in a parking level of a pilot rule (see PILOT RULE GUIDES in CCD), or in a level of a waiting time dependent table (see the object AITING TIME DEPENDANT TABLE in CCD).

I have used Waiting Rooms with the Integrated Automated Attendant. In this case you would have two leafs. The first leaf plays your voice guide once. Time Out Action would go to second leaf with, for example, music on hold.

thanks I will try it it is good idea but my configuration on ccd
