Station License

As far my knowledge, OXE need separate license for Analog, Digital & IP station. Does IP station license can used to connect Analog station?
e.g. Customer having 1000 Analog License & 1000 IP Station license in OXE R9.1 (total 2000 stations). Now customer wants to connect 1500 Analog station & 500 IP station. Does this allow me to configure analog station using IP station license?
