Error 600 no fax detected

Have setup an 8450, it attempts to make the call fax at the other end answers but fax doesnt send
Any ideas, probably something silly:D

Update:
OXE is R9.1 but is showing Direct RTP is OFF and as the option is removed cannot switch it on, so have logged an eSR

It was mentioned Direct RTP is OFF in some Problem Report on BPWS as bug or in TechCom, don't remember exactly.

Hi thanks for the reply
Got sorted with a script to switch on rtp seems to be a known issue after upgrade from 7.1 to 9.1
So all working now
