Abondoned calls on OXO

Hello guys,

My client has four agents with OXO system,

I took Statistics report on statstics manager and it gave me all datas for Incoming, Answered calls, Calls in queue, Calls in closing hour, and Deterred calls.

But I am not able to get abondend calls. Which I am getting most of the time 0. And in my last week report i can see one or two in a full day(24 hours).


So please tell me is there some configuration needed to change so that i can get abondent calls

Hi

I have done a test with ACD in lab and I haven't found this statistic too. In my thought OXO ACD doesn't this statistic. Let's wait for another answer by an expert ACD but I think there is no possibility.
