Alcatel Unleashed

I am new on the Alcatel. I just installed two OXO´s. I will have a training in Sao Paulo. But until that time who can help me for now with two questions. Where can I found documentation on how barring tables are working and the second one how can I route automatic an external call via the voip-board to another cell of the company.
