SIP Extension Brooktrout SR140 FOIP/T38

I am having some difficulty configuring the Brooktrout sr140 Virtual Foip Software to register the SIP extension with an OmniPCX Enterprise. I can successfully register a SIP hand set or an ATA and make calls, but I cannot get the SR140 to register.
Has anyone done this before?
