Hello all.

Does anybody knows If it possible to trace a Z30 (PCM2) board?.

The problemm is that the Z30 is coneccted to and IVR for incoming and outgoing calls.

The incomings calls are working fine.

The outgoing calls (especific some numbers are not working so I will like to see, what is the IVR dialling or sending to the OXE.

The IVR have to call to some abreviated numbers. Some abb number are dialed Ok but another ones dosen't. All the abb are configured the same way (TG Pref + number to dial).
The IVR people says that the are just fine y just are dialing the abb number, nothing else.

With the abb number that works Ok the call is stablished, but with the abb that doesn't work the TG did not take any line so, I think that the IVR it is not dialing the right number.

So thats the reason because of, I need to trace the Z30 ports, I need to be sure that the IVR is sending just the abb number an anything else.

just pick one ivr port, for this port do the following
use personal calling number -> True
personal caling number -> 1234

mtracer -a 888771234

does ring a bell?

it will tell you if your ivr port is going through isdn level and if it's getting cutoff by some telco's network reason. if it's outgoing check categories if your all of your ivr ports are able to dial all of the numbers.

use pilot to trace this ivr port, and then dial?
