Automated Attendant on 4645 R7.1

I've created an AA Menu with the default key silent transfer to pre configured number, the other keys are not configured. I have the problem that after playing the message the system waits about 10 seconds before transfering to the programmed number.
Is it possible to change this timer?

Thanks

Why not use Incoming Call greeting guide instead of voicemail?

As I recall you have a parameter in Voice mail configuration for that. I don't know right now where exactly.

I am looking for similar possibility like H-MAN , I want to find some way how to access user voice mail box without immediate forward activating on user. System announce voice guide "Are You still here?" twice and only after ~30seconds transfer to user voice mail box configured in 4645VM Automated attendant Menu option "Default Key = Reach PreConfigured Mailbox/AA" + Preconfigured Number for default = user number".

How to eliminate voice guide "Are You still here?" and timeout 30sec?
Regards

Check the 4645 vmail COS for the AA menu. You have options for number or repeats for AA. I believe the default is 3 repeats.

This is a new feature as of R7.0, before you couldn't manage this option.

Oh, and if all your doing is playing a greeting before transferring the call, use a auto attendant entry instead of a menu. This plays greeting and then immediately transfers to the number of your choice.
