Hi guys..

I need u'r help about creating carrier, Well actually I've created a new carrier with it's period, tariff, region prefix, direction, CCN, Direction type, and Trunk group connection... after that I tr to compute cost and try to generate report. I wonder when my report display a prefix with ex: 1081XXX doesn't belong to my new carrier it's based on the old carrier... I don't where I have some mis configure, I would be appreciated if expert like u all can give me some refresh basic knowledge here...

It can be a lot of reasons.
Is the start date in the period ok ?
You have the problem in all the prefix?
You have only a trunk group ?

the period is ok...
not all prefix just only prefix that using 1081XX
Yes I just have only one trunk to akses this prefix

The prefix is configured in the region?

yes, the prefix already input at region as 1081 and the ccn 1081
