Vpn ipsec tunnel

Hello boys, Im about to install routers and a central UTM at my company to stablish a VPN between headqueaters and some remote workers that uses IP touch 4008 phones.
I read that OXO (rel 7.1) at our headquaters mark packets with diffserv bits, and that diffserv bits at ip header packet must be copied by the borders of the VPN tunnel to the encripted packet that encapsulate voice.
None of the companies that work for me are sure if Cisco routers for teleworkers and Fortigate-60 for central will be enought to keep the diffserv state on ipsec packets and mantain priorized voip traffic using ipsec tunnels.
Anyone of you Used VPN IPSEC for tunnels with sip voip between OXO and ip touch phones? what equipments did you use for VPN IPSEC Tunnels?
I need some assesment to be sure that the solution I will pay will work on may company.
