Hello,

I make the first internal call to SIP ext 111, when in conversation, I make the second call from another Analog ext to SIP ext 111.

I think the system will active the busy tone in the second call, but I hear the ring back tone ???

So how could I discern idle or busy status of a SIP ext, when it' always response the ring back tone ???

Is ext 11 a SIP extension (standard) or an IP touch?
I am doing some test with SIP extension. My SIP device has an option called "enable hold call". I have disabled it and I get busy tone.
