Dear All,

OXE R.9.1, OTCC std,

We have installed IP destop softphone for 10 Agents, login, logg off and functions work properly. But very oftenly IP desktop softphone disconnect and connect again and it shows connection lost.

Configuration, network adapters are confiured properly, even i disable the reset update authorized - false, but still problem remains. Any idea about this issue folks, Thanks in advace.

Of course. Its quite easy, some 15 minutes, not like to upgrade OXE.
No need to ask on forum at all before upgrade to newest one.

See, i received the cd from alcatel release 9.1.2.4 already i checked in BPWS there is no 9.1.2.7 available plus no TC or docs related to r.9. and somebody else experienced same issue they could help me thats the reason i post my problem here

Really thanks for your release notes. Connection lost even happening when phone is idle or when we are trying to dial outside or when we log off, very oftenly its happening in different scenarios...even if i want to change the release i dont find it in the BPWS,
anyone can upload somewhere the new release if possible. so then only we can identify this release issue...anyway i will try my luck..
