OmniPCX 4400 Upgrade from 8.01 to 9.1

Hi
We wanted to upgrade our OmniPCX v8.01 to 9.1. After startup the server all seems to work fine. After a while some IPtouch with the connected PC lost their connection. Other TEG's permanently reboots.
The network is configured with port security restricted to 2 MAC Adresses. There is one VOIP Vlan and one access VLAN. We found that the TEG's has registered their MAC Adress on both VLAN. There is no difference between connected TEG Series or PC Model.
Is there someone who has similar issues after upgrading.
